FAQ

Is this a scam? How can I trust this?

Payments are processed by Stripe (secure). This site shows clear examples, a defined process, and a real contact email. If you’re not satisfied, email within 48 hours for a revision or refund.

What do you mean by “characters”?

“Characters” means Chinese characters (including punctuation). For mixed Chinese/English text, I’ll estimate fairly based on overall length.

What if I’m not satisfied?

Email within 48 hours. I can revise once, or refund the donation.

Do you keep my text private?

Yes. Your text is used only to provide corrections. I don’t publish your content without permission.

Can you do business Chinese?

Yes — select “Business communication” in the form and tell me your relationship (client, coworker, etc.).

Do I have to donate before submitting?

You can submit first, but please donate via Stripe to be processed. To match payment quickly, include your Stripe receipt email in the form (optional).
