Is this a scam? How can I trust this?
Payments are processed by Stripe (secure). This site shows clear examples, a defined process, and a real contact email. If you’re not satisfied, email within 48 hours for a revision or refund.
What do you mean by “characters”?
“Characters” means Chinese characters (including punctuation). For mixed Chinese/English text, I’ll estimate fairly based on overall length.
What if I’m not satisfied?
Please email within 48 hours after delivery. I’m happy to revise your correction once to address any concerns. If you're still not satisfied, I can issue a refund of your donation. Refunds are issued within 48 hours after request. Please note that your bank may take several business days to process the return.
Do you keep my text private?
Yes. Your text is used only to provide corrections. I don’t publish your content without permission.
Can you do business Chinese?
Yes — select “Business communication” in the form and tell me your relationship (client, coworker, etc.).
Do I need to donate before my submission is reviewed?
ChineseFix operates on a donation-based model. You may submit your text first, but a Stripe donation is required for review. The standard minimum is €3. A limited €1 launch offer is available for the first 30 submissions (up to 200 characters). Please include a valid email address so your corrected text can be delivered.
